Please NOTE: Due to the very high cost of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico we do charge a shipping fee for shipments to those locations.
If your order is time sensitive consider upgrading to one of the UPS overnight options.

What if I don't like my envelopes?
We want you to be happy with your envelope purchase.
Returns: If you simply do not like the envelopes in any way then you are welcome to return the envelopes to our warehouse. Our address is printed at the top of the packlist that was in your order box. Please email or call us to let us know that you are returning the envelopes and ship them back to us. Once we receive the envelopes and check them in we will issue a credit to your account less a 25% restocking charge.
Exchanges: If you find that you need a different color or size envelope please contact us and we are happy to work with you to arrange an exchange. We are happy to waive the 25% restocking charge for exchange. If, for some reason, you find that you need to exchange or return the replacement order we will charge a 25% restocking fee for subsequent exchanges or returns.
